The Texans are continuing to shape their roster for the upcoming season. Houston has reportedly signed linebacker Jermaine Carter, offensive tackle Greg Little and defensive back Darius Phillips to deals. Little is a former second-round pick that spent last season with the Miami Dolphins. Carter played four seasons with the Carolina Panthers, while Phillips spent last season with the Denver Broncos. The team is also re-signing linebacker Neville Hewitt. Hewitt has totaled 74 tackles over the last two seasons with Houston.
