Changes At Border Create Concerns In El Paso

It's one week away from the end of Title-42, which has been used to expedite deportations. Those living along the southern border are worried that, without it, there will be a surge of illegal immigration. El Paso County Commissioner David Stout says that they've seen reports of caravans coming to the border, as well. Shelters are being set up there, and other border cities. The head of Homeland Security will be visiting the Texas border today and tomorrow, viewing preparations, which include the addition of more than 1,500 active duty soldiers.
