It is the beginning of a new era for the Houston Texans. Houston made a huge splash on Thursday night by taking Ohio State quarterback C.J. Stroud and Alabama outside linebacker Will Anderson Jr. second and third overall. The team added two more players on Friday in Penn State center Juice Scruggs and Houston wide receiver Nathaniel Dell. In rounds four-through-seven, Houston selected TCU defensive end Dylan Horton, Alabama linebacker Henry To'oTo'o, Notre Dame center Jarrett Patterson, Iowa State wide receiver Xavier Hutchinson, and Pittsburgh safety Brandon Hill.
