Ag Commissioner Orders Employees To Dress Like Their Biological Gender

Texas Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller is ordering his employees to wear clothes that are "consistent with their biological gender." Miller's two-page policy applies to all employees of the Texas Department of Agriculture, plus interns and contract employees. Anybody violating the policy will be sent home to change. Repeat violations could result in termination. An ACLU attorney claims the dress code violates Title Seven, the First Amendment's right to free expression, and the Equal Protection Clause.
