Several airlines at the San Antonio International Airport are adding more nonstops and daily flights in the months ahead. Airport officials announced the new flights on Tuesday. Delta Air Lines will offer daily nonstops to New York City, plus a third daily flight to both Detroit and Minneapolis-St. Paul. Sun Country Airlines will resume service to Cancun and Minneapolis-St. Paul for the summer. Southwest will increase the number of flights to Cancun, Kansas City, and Baltimore. Spirit Airlines will add daily flights to Los Angeles. Airport officials say airlines are expected to add more nonstops in the coming months.
