North East ISD officials say an investigation is underway to find out who started a fire in a hallway at Roosevelt High School on Monday. The principal says the fire was on the third-floor of the Rough Rider Building. No injuries were reported, and the fire had been out by the time firefighters arrived. Maintenance crews then mopped up the water. A district spokesperson says several students are persons of interest, and charges will be filed when a suspect is identified.
