Four people are in police custody after a deadly shooting on the city's West Side. Police responded before 9 p.m. Monday to an apartment complex on Lombrano Street near Zarzamora. Officers say a man in his 30s was shot in the chest as a result of a fight. EMS pronounced him dead at the scene. Two men and two women came out of the apartment and surrendered to the police. Officers took them into custody as possible suspects.
