The Bexar County Sheriff's Office says there will soon be increased deputy presence at a couple of local high schools. Starting today, members of the School Safety Task Force will be at Brennan and Southwest High Schools for the rest of the school year. The sheriff's office announced in a Facebook post on Sunday that the move is "in direct response to gun and drug related incidents" near the two schools.
