The Luminaria Contemporary Arts Festival will return to its usual location this year, but will be at an earlier time. Organizers announced on Monday that their 15th art and music festival is scheduled for October 21st. It usually happens in November. The festival will once again be held at Hemisfair and the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, its customary location. It was at a different site last year because of construction at Hemisfair. Artists who want to participate can apply at AnyArtist.org before 11:59 p.m. on March 26th.
