Millions of federal pandemic relief dollars are still on the table after the San Antonio City Council awarded several grants on Thursday. Council members doled out more than $36 million for mental health, youth, seniors, and nonprofits. Thursday's vote was part of the city's ongoing use of funds from the American Rescue Plan Act. The council left almost $4 million undistributed, planning to save it for grants at a later date.
