Texas Upset By Iowa State

Texas was upset by Big 12 rival Iowa State on the road. The seventh-ranked Longhorns lost to the 12th-ranked Cyclones 78-67 in Ames. Texas had its three-game winning streak snapped to fall to 15-and-3. Elsewhere, top-ranked Houston crushed Tulane 80-60 in AAC action. Marcus Sasser scored a team-high 23 points as the Cougars stretched their winning streak to nine games. Houston has won all six of its conference games and is sitting atop the AAC at 18-and-1 overall. Number-22 Baylor took down Texas Tech 81-74 in Lubbock. The Bears have won three straight to improve to 13-and-5. Tonight, 13th-ranked TCU visits West Virginia, Texas A&M hosts Florida, and SMU visits Tulsa.
