Liposuction is now the world's most popular form of cosmetic surgery. Data out today from the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery shows liposuction has passed breast augmentation, accounting for nearly 15-percent of cosmetic surgeries worldwide. Breast implant surgeries have fallen to just over 13-percent. Cosmetic surgeons say breast implant procedures have slowed because of growing concern about the implants' links to cancer.
