The union that represents Southwest Airlines' pilots says the mass cancellation of flights across the U.S. was absolutely preventable. Southwest has canceled over 15-thousand flights since a major winter storm hit the U.S. last week. Southwest is blaming the storm for the disruptions. The Southwest Airlines Pilots Association says the company failed to modernize the software that controls work schedules and plane routes.
