A real estate web site says San Antonio's housing market should grow in 2023, shaking off a recent slowdown caused by higher prices and rising interest rates. Realtor.com says San Antonio's home sales are expected to rise 2.5% next year, while average prices rise 4.6%. National home sales are predicted to drop by more than 14%. In Austin, Realtor.com says home sales are forecast to be off 6.6%.
