City Councilman Clayton Perry is now charged with DWI. The San Antonio police filed an at-large case on Tuesday with the Bexar County D-A's Office. An at-large case is one in which the suspect isn't arrested. Perry is on a leave of absence after his involvement in a hit-and-run accident on November 6th, for which he also faces charges. The D-A's office will decide how to proceed with the case against Perry. No word as to when that decision will be made.
