The #2 Texas Longhorns defeated the #7 Creighton Bluejays 72-67 in the Big East-Big 12 Battle. Marcus Carr led Texas with 19 points and Tyrese Hunter finished second on the team with 15. The Longhorns are now 6-and-0 and have two wins over top 10 programs this season. The Longhorns will face their next tough test against number-17 Illinois next Tuesday. In today's action, number-10 Baylor will look to bounce back from a loss on the road against number-12 Gonzaga.
