The president and CEO of the San Antonio Chamber of Commerce says he plans to step down at the end of this year. Richard Perez made the announcement on Thursday. Perez has held the dual position for 15-years. The Chamber of Commerce is a pro-business organization with more than 16-hundred members. The chamber plans to conduct a national search for Perez's successor.
