The Biden Administration is planning to ask the Supreme Court to revive its student debt relief plan.
On Thursday, the Justice Department announced its plan to ask the Court to reverse an injunction which has prevented the debt relief program from moving forward.
Six Republican state officials have filed a lawsuit claiming the program is unfair and unconstitutional, and a three-judge panel voted to pause the debt relief while the lawsuit unfolds.
