Officials are identifying a man who was fatally shot while sitting in a car with his wife outside a West Side home on Sunday. The Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office says the victim was 31-year-old Armando Rodriguez. His cause of death is still pending. Police say Rodriguez and his wife were sitting in their car after 2 a.m. Sunday on Randall Avenue when somebody pulled up alongside their car and shot them both several times. The woman is hospitalized in serious condition. No suspect has been found.
