Josh Jacobs ran for 143 yards and three second-half touchdowns as the Raiders ran past the Texans 38-20 in Las Vegas. Derek Carr threw for 241 yards and a touchdown for the Raiders, who moved to 2-and-4 on the season. Davis Mills finished 28-of-41 for 302 yards, two TD's, and an interception for Houston, which fell to 1-4-and-1. Dameon Pierce rushed for 92 yards in defeat.
