Texas is defying the Biden Administration and building almost 14 miles of new border wall.
The state facilities commission has approved two contracts to build the fencing with surplus federal government materials.
That means it'll be just like the Trump-era border walls. Most of the fencing will be erected in the Del Rio sector, which is currently the busiest place for illegal immigration.
It's going up on private property as well as land not yet acquired.
