President Biden is slamming Russia's announced annexation of parts of eastern Ukraine.
Speaking at the White House, Biden called it a sham.
He argued it's a sign that Russian President Vladimir Putin is struggling in his ongoing war against Ukraine.
Biden said the U.S. and our allies won't be intimidated by Putin's rhetoric, calling it "reckless."
Biden insisted the U.S. and the world will never recognize the Russian annexations in Ukraine.
