NATO Refuses To Take Part In Putin's "Dangerous Rhetoric"

NATO calls President Vladimir Putin's threat of a nuclear attack against the West "dangerous and reckless rhetoric." 

Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg told Reuters the alliance would "not engage" in the same nuclear rhetoric the Russian leader. 

He said the only way to end the war in Ukraine is to prove that Russia won't win on the battlefield. Stoltenberg said Putin needs to "negotiate a reasonable agreement" with the smaller country.
