Uvalde Families Rally For Gun Safety In Austin

Families from Uvalde gathered at the governor's mansion on Saturday to rally in support of gun safety laws. Dozens of people participated in the protest organized by March For Our Lives, including relatives of the victims of the Robb Elementary School shooting in May. Demonstrators called for Governor Abbott to initiate a special session to raise the minimum age to purchase an assault rifle in Texas to 21. The suspected gunman in the shooting was 18 years old.
