Four people are dead, including a suspect, after a man set a fire in a house in Houston early today and shot the residents as they fled. The suspect then fired more shots as firefighters arrived on the scene and was later shot by police. It took place at a home in the 8000 block of Dunlap Street in southwest Houston that was being used as a mult-rental property. Houston Police Chief Troy Finner says the suspect was a resident who was reportedly about to be evicted from the property.
