The Pearland Little League team is staying alive in the Little League World Series. The team blanked Davenport Southeast Little League 4-0 in Williamsport. The Pearland pitching staff combined to allow only two hits in the shutout win. The Texas team next faces Hollidaysburg Area Summer Baseball Little League tonight. The team from Pennsylvania comes off a 10-0 win over Hagerstown Little League from Indiana.
