The principal of Robb Elementary School is accepting another position with Uvalde CISD. The district announced Friday that Mandy Gutierrez will be the new Assistant Director of Special Education. The announcement came just over a week after Gutierrez's return to work from paid administrative leave. Christy Perez, the former assistant principal at Uvalde High School, will take over the position of principal at Robb Elementary.
