Apartment rental rates are still on the rise in San Antonio. A new report from apartmentdata.com say the average rental price for a one-bedroom in the city is nearly $1,200 a month. That's 12% higher than a year ago at this time. Analysts say a strong local job market, higher wages, and growing demand for new apartments are factors driving the increase.
