Flight delays and cancellations are marking the start to this Fourth of July holiday weekend.
At least 13% of flights with Delta or American Airlines have been late in taking off.
Nationwide, the delays persist as more than 4100 flights within, into, or out of the U.S. have been delayed. Four hundred flights have been canceled.
