Supreme Court Limits EPA Emissions Limits

The Supreme Court wrapped up its current session with two decisions on Thursday - including a major one regarding the EPA and carbon emissions.

The Court ruled 6-3 that the Environmental Protection Agency does not have the authority to enforce CO2 emissions standards for power plants.

The decision will have a major impact on the White House goal of cutting greenhouse emissions in half by the year 2030.
