The Rangers are coming away with a sweep in their short home series. Texas beat the Phillies 4-2 in Arlington. Jon Gray pitched strong as he allowed two runs over five-and-two-thirds frames. Joe Barlow capped off a scoreless outing for the Rangers' bullpen with his 13th save. Kole Calhoun knocked in two runs for Texas, which swept the two-game series and improved to 33-and-35. The Rangers host the Nationals tomorrow night.
