San Antonio Police Chief William McManus says he is recovering following testing positive for COVID-19 earlier this week. McManus says he is experiencing mild symptoms, but is recovering at home. In a Tweet he confirmed he tested positive for the virus earlier in the week and thanked Fire Chief Charles Hood and Fire Engineer Brian Lodge, who he says stayed with him through the whole process.
