Murder charges are being dropping against a South Texas woman arrested for a self-induced abortion. The district attorney's office in Rio Grande City plans to file a motion today, saying the case isn't a criminal matter. It apparently doesn't fall under the state's new law banning abortion after six weeks. She was released from jail over the weekend after posting bail.
