The Cowboys are losing another player to NFL free agency. The Buccaneers announced Wednesday that they signed free agent Keanu Neal, who will return to his position in the secondary. Neal played 14 games for Dallas last season and converted to a linebacker to fit in Dan Quinn's system. He finished with the fourth most tackles on the team at 72. Neal also added a sack in his lone season with the Cowboys.
