Home prices in San Antonio continued to rise last month, compared with a year ago at this time. The median price was at $314,000, up 19.6% from 2021.
In Bexar County and nine surrounding counties, buyers purchased more than 2,600 homes, an increase of almost 9.5% from last year and 28% over two years ago, when the pandemic was sweeping the country.
