The Texans are jumping right into NFL free agency. The NFL Network reports Houston agreed to deals with offensive lineman Justin Britt and A.J. Cann on Monday. Britt returns to the team and Cann comes over after spending last season with the Jacksonville Jaguars. ESPN reports the Texans also declined to speak with the Indianapolis Colts about a possible trade for Deshaun Watson. The team reportedly won't move Watson within the division.
