Russia Sends Troops Into Two Areas Of Ukraine

New developments are unfolding right now in Ukraine. Russian troops are said to be moving into two territories now recognized by Russia as independent states. That decision is raising fears about a full-scale invasion but Ukraine's president doesn't think that will happen. He said today there won't be an all out war and is urging Russia to sit down at the negotiating table. The number of troops surrounding Ukraine is reportedly up to nearly 200,000.
