At least three people are dead after a boat accident in South Texas. The Willacy County Sheriff's Office says the boat capsized late Thursday night near Port Mansfield. A woman's body was found Friday, and two men were found dead Saturday morning. Three men were recovered alive Friday afternoon, and three more are still being sought. Law enforcement is investigating whether the boat was engaged in a human smuggling attempt at the time it capsized.
