Kristaps Porzingis' time with the Dallas Mavericks is over. The Mavs traded Porzingis and a protected 2022 second-round pick to Washington for guard Spencer Dinwiddie and forward Davis Bertans. Porzingis has been in and out of the lineup this season with injuries and COVID. Porzingis was traded to Dallas in 2018 from the New York Knicks. He signed a max contract in 2019. Dinwiddie joined the Wizards last offseason signing a three-year-deal. Bertans signed a five-year-deal with Washington in 2020.
