CPS Energy reports scattered power outages throughout the San Antonio area as a result of the winter storm. As of 9 a.m. 29,550 customers were without power. The system serves 886,662 customers. Officials say the outages are scattered throughout the service area and have been caused by ice on lines and tree limbs.
