Changes In Store For How BCSO Handles Disciplinary Cases

Sheriff Javier Salazar says major changes are coming up for the way the Bexar County Sheriff's Office handles disciplinary cases. Salazar announced on Monday that the collective bargaining agreement will feature no more arbitration. He also said the sheriff's office will add a Citizen's Advisory Action Board to the disciplinary process. The board will be made up of citizens appointed by county commissioners and County Judge Nelson Wolff.
