The Longhorns are adding a receiving threat via the transfer portal. Wide receiver Isaiah Neyor announced Thursday that he will sign with Texas, after he originally committed to transfer to Tennessee. Neyor played last season at Wyoming and led the team with 44 catches and 878 receiving yards. He also paced the Mountain West Conference with 12 touchdown receptions. Neyor is an Arlington native.
