The Stars are bouncing back with a strong win. Joe Pavelski scored two goals as Dallas beat the Kraken 5-2 at home. Pavelski netted goals in the first and second period, boosting his season total to 15. The Stars scored three times in the opening period to win their third game in their last four. Jake Oettinger stopped 23 of the 25 shots he faced in net. Dallas improved to 18-13-and-2 and now has 38 points on the season.
