Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is once again trying to resume construction of the border wall. Paxton and Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt have submitted a motion for a preliminary injunction to force the Biden administration to continue building the wall. The AG claims the president violated federal law when he paused wall construction because Congress approved the funds to build it. Texas Governor Greg Abbott announced earlier this year that the state would start construction of a wall, and debuted the first section being built last weekend.
