Police are investigating after a train hit and killed a man who was walking on railroad tracks on the Northeast Side over the weekend. The accident happened about 4 a.m. Sunday on the tracks near I-35 and Thousand Oaks. Officers say a man in his 30s and another person were possibly intoxicated as they walked on the tracks. After the train hit the man, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The other person wasn't hurt.
