Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is not giving up after a federal appeals court reinstated President Biden's COVID vaccine mandate for large businesses. Paxton says he will go to the Supreme Court after the Sixth Circuit appeals court overturned a stay of the mandate by the Fifth Circuit. The Sixth Circuit voted two-one Friday that the vaccine mandate for businesses with more than one-hundred employees could go back into effect. Paxton called the ruling a "bad decision," and said the mandate was "unconstitutional."
