The federal trial for the suspect in the Walmart mass shooting could take place in 2023. During a hearing yesterday, Judge David Guaderrama asked prosecutors and the defense team for Patrick Crusius if they objected to starting the trial on March 6th of that year. KTSM reports Guaderrama said the general public deserves to know when the trial will be and what to expect. Crusius's attorneys are expected to give an answer on the trial date within the next 30 days.
