The Stars trailed from the opening minute and on as they fell 4-2 to the Predators in Dallas. Nashville scored in the first minute and kept Dallas off the board until late in the second period. Roope Hintz broke it open with his first goal of the season. Miro Heiskanen would add a power play goal in the third for the Stars, who fell to 4-6-and-2.
