More than a dozen states want permanent Daylight Saving Time and they've passed resolutions or enacted a bill to do just that.
It comes as many Americans get ready to change their clocks this weekend.
Those states include Alabama, Minnesota, Louisiana, and Ohio, but Congress would have to allow the change. Other states wanting to make the change are Arkansas, Delaware, and Maine.
