An Astros fan is sounding a warning after having been scammed while trying to buy a World Series ticket. Esmeralda Anguiano says a seller offered two tickets to Game Two of the World Series via the Offer Up app for 500-dollars each. Anguiano says she sent the money for one ticket but never got it, and never heard anything further from the seller. On Wednesday, she says the same seller offered the tickets for 50-dollars less. Anguiano says she can't get her money back because her bank told her Zelle transactions are final.
